If you aren’t aware, WooCommerce have built in function to sort the list of product on shop or archive page.
In order to sort product follow these steps.
Step 1
Go to the product list pages via WooCommerce > All Products
Step 2
Find Sorting option and click it
Step 3
Order Products as needed
